Our office offers a service for University employees that have permanent residence and wish to apply to become naturalized citizens. The naturalization application process typically takes four to six months and includes undergoing a background check and passing a civics exam. If you would like to apply to become a naturalized citizen through our office, you will need to provide us with the following supporting documentation:
- Copy of your current Green Card (front and back)
- Copy of your passport (all pages)
- Last 3 years of tax returns
- 2 passport photos
- Naturalization Questionnaire
