Any document that commits the University to pay or provide goods or services to another party is a contract. This includes formal contracts, but also may include letters, Memorandums of Understanding, or a “click-through” on a website.
Our office reviews any University contract that is not for the purchase of specific goods (Office of Procurement Services) or grants related to research (Office of Research Administration). We also manage internship or affiliation agreements for student placements.
